Defence contracts and security clearance are not prerequisites for working with us; clearance requirements depend on the individual role. Intake is open and the employer pathway is still being built.

WMCTV CIC's veteran programme is ring-fenced to veterans, service leavers and active reservists. Intake, support and introductions are free for that group. We do not take recruitment fees. Funding comes from corporate sponsorship, scoped social-value partnerships and grants. We are not a general recruitment service.

Employer introductions are free. Optional scoped social-value partnerships are in development as paid programme or advisory work against a written scope, not a placement service or recruitment commission. Activities and evidence must align to the applicable tender or contract and its procurement rules. Sponsorship alone does not guarantee procurement compliance or social-value credit.

Candidate SC/DV status is self-reported and unverified until checked. Clearance is not automatically transferable; employers and sponsoring authorities must confirm the applicable requirements and checks for each role.
