These terms govern your use of the West Midlands Cyber & Tech Veterans CIC ("WMCTV", "we", "us") website. By using this site you accept these terms. WMCTV is an asset-locked Community Interest Company, company number 17458445, incorporated on 14 September 2026. Its registered office is Osbourne Suite 2.08, Imperial & Whitehall, 23 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2BS. Ryan Jones is Founder & CEO and statutory director.

WMCTV is building free cyber, technology and wider relevant employment pathways for veterans, service leavers and active reservists. Programme intake, support and employer introductions are ring-fenced to that military group. Training pathways, mentorship and employer connections are being developed to support civilian career transition.

WMCTV is not a recruitment agency, labour broker or commercial staffing firm. It charges neither candidates nor hiring employers a placement fee, finder's fee, commission, agency split, referral split or referral donation. It does not guarantee employment or security-clearance outcomes; any employment relationship is between the individual and employer.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, including false claims of military service or security clearance.
• Attempt to access candidate data, CVs or admin areas without authorisation.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the site, or probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to harass any person.

Providing false service or clearance information may result in removal from the programme and, where appropriate, referral to the relevant authorities.

When you submit the intake form or upload a CV, you confirm the information is accurate and that you consent to its use as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your CV; you grant us permission to store it and share it with a relevant employer where you have consented.

The WMCTV name, logo, website design and content are the property of West Midlands Cyber & Tech Veterans CIC. You may not reproduce, reuse or adapt them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Third-party logos remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed only with permission.

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Programme details, event dates and sponsorship packages may change. Event details are not published until the date, venue and host are confirmed.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of England & Wales (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, WMCTV is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from introductions to, or dealings with, employers, sponsors or other third parties found through this site.

This site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and a link does not imply endorsement or affiliation. The confirmed exception stated on this site is WMCTV's Friend of WITBHAM relationship.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
