These terms govern your use of the West Midlands Cyber & Tech Veterans CIC ("WMCTV", "we", "us") website. By using this site you accept these terms. WMCTV is a Community Interest Company with a registered office (virtual) at Osbourne Suite 2.08, Imperial & Whitehall, 23 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2BS.

WMCTV is a non-profit community and career-transition initiative for UK Armed Forces personnel, veterans, active reservists and military spouses moving into technology and cyber security. We run intake and triage, mentorship, community events, readiness exercises and introductions to regional employers and sponsors.

WMCTV is not an employment agency and does not guarantee employment, placements or security clearance outcomes. Introductions to employers are made in good faith; any employment relationship is between you and the employer.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, including false claims of military service or security clearance.
• Attempt to access candidate data, CVs or admin areas without authorisation.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the site, or probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to harass any person.

Providing false service or clearance information may result in removal from the programme and, where appropriate, referral to the relevant authorities.

When you submit the intake form or upload a CV, you confirm the information is accurate and that you consent to its use as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your CV; you grant us permission to store it and share it with vetted hiring partners where you have consented.

The WMCTV name, logo, website design and content are the property of West Midlands Cyber & Tech Veterans CIC. You may not reproduce, reuse or adapt them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Sponsor logos remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed with permission.

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Programme details, event dates and sponsorship packages may change; dates shown as "TBC" are not confirmed.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of England & Wales (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, WMCTV is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from introductions to, or dealings with, employers, sponsors or other third parties found through this site.

This site may link to third-party websites (for example the ICO or partner sites). We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
