START CANDIDATE INTAKEVeteran Programme · Beneficiary Mandate
WMCTV CIC's veteran programme is ring-fenced to veterans, service leavers and active reservists. Intake, support and introductions are free for that group. We do not take recruitment fees. Funding comes from corporate sponsorship, scoped social-value partnerships and grants. We are not a general recruitment service.
The live intake form records initial service details without a service-number field and assigns provisional streams from self-reported clearance. Service and SC/DV status remain unverified until checked privately; clearance is not automatically transferable.
The intended support will help translate service experience across security operations, GRC, risk, privacy, cloud, software, infrastructure, networks, data, AI, OT and industrial IT, delivery, and technical leadership, and wider relevant employment.
We signpost veterans, service leavers and active reservists to official resettlement routes.
As the employer network develops, introductions will be free to both candidates and hiring employers, with no placement fee or commission.
Clear Boundaries
WMCTV will not charge a candidate or hiring employer a placement fee, finder's fee, commission, agency split, referral split or referral donation. The company is establishing a regional pathway and will describe delivery relationships only after written agreement.
